 Commercial lending has a training problem. For years, professionals looking to break into the field have been met with overpriced courses taught by instructors with limited real-world experience, expensive one and two week boot camps that promise to teach commercial lending in a timeframe where that is simply not possible, and programs that are little more than recruiting tools dressed up as education. The result is brokers and aspiring professionals who invest their time and money and still walk away feeling lost.

The Academy for Commercial Lending was built as a direct response to that problem. We created a program that is affordable, honest about what it delivers, and built entirely around how commercial lending actually works in practice. Every module is grounded in decades of real-world experience in commercial lending, credit underwriting, and loan structuring, with actual closed transactions incorporated to show how deals come together in practice.

Our commitment to every student is straightforward. By the time you finish, you will know what you didn't know you needed to know. You will have a complete framework for evaluating deals, structuring transactions, and walking into any commercial lending conversation with confidence.   The Academy's curriculum was developed by Michael Boggiano, CPA, CPM, with over 30 years of experience in small balance commercial lending, credit underwriting, and loan structuring. The program also incorporates the real-world perspective of Enrique Gomez and Ski Swiatkowski, two seasoned commercial lending executives whose combined 70+ years of industry experience helped shape the practical, deal-focused approach that runs through every module.
